My career so far.
Prior to joining the UX design world, I started my professional career as an orthopedic specialist or what we would call an athletic trainer. This profession provided critical skills to delicately balancing patients' physical and mental needs as well as implementing a research-based medical approach. From a transitional standpoint, 
these innate skills have created a direct correlation into my user experience design journey.
Where I am now.
I'm a UX designer based in the beautiful low-country of Charleston, South Carolina. My previous career in the healthcare industry has elevated my passion for creating a human-centered and empathetic approach to improving the physical and digital products we use everyday. When I'm away from the design world, you can catch me slinging discs on the disc golf course, homebrewing, talking about investing or perfecting my Neapolitan pizza game in my Ooni oven.
